Olá, I'm Marta.
I was born in Lisbon, but my journey has taken me through Chicago, Tokyo, London, and New York. Everywhere I lived, I found myself searching for those small, vital reminders of home.
Sometimes it was a perfect, blistered pastel de nata; other times, it was simply the comfort of hearing Portuguese spoken in a bakery line. I realized how many of these gems exist across the U.S., yet they remain invisible online.
TugaFinds is my way of helping our culture become easier to experience, whether you're a first-generation immigrant or simply curious about Portugal.
